Network Connections
V7 Inc utilizes multiple Tier 1 Service providers including SBC and Allegiance for the fastest possible data transfers. All routers, layer-2 switches, and layer-3 switches are tested in labs prior to deployment to ensure stability and interoperability.

Network Security
The V7 network is a fully switched network. Traffic destined for a website hosted on a server is sent only through switching equipment necessary to deliver the information to that server. This eliminates the risk of someone sniffing or capturing traffic being sent across the network. Furthermore, V7 vigorously prosecutes persons who generate malicious attacks on our internal network.

DataCenters
DataCenters are located in San Antonio, Texas and northern Virginia. The datacenters' HVAC systems are N+1 redundant. Each datacenter maintains on-site, auto-switched power generator, and centralized UPS systems provide power conditioning and ensure uninterrupted data center operation. Additionally, the generators are regularly tested to ensure that it will continue to function in the event of an emergency.

Our Internet website is an important asset to our business. While we we hosting one site with LunarPages.com, their server experienced frequent downtimes. When we asked about the downtime, they denied the server being down. Whether or not the server was down or not is unknown, but we do know that the traffic logs show no visitors for several days at a time, when the average hits per day was in the thousands. We lost several thousands of dollars of sales due to the frequent server downtimes.

I used to be hosted on Lunarpages but the customer support was terrible. They wouldnt respond on time and and the issues with the server would not be resolved on time leading to loss of revenue and traffic.
